What are the working hours?

What can I keep with me inside the aquarium section?
Food, beverages, and gum are not permitted in the aquarium section. Furthermore, firearms and sharp or piercing objects are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed on our premises.
Can I take a photo?
As you capture these moments from your aquarium tour with your camera, please remember that the underwater creatures are greatly disturbed by the flash. Please be sure to turn off your camera’s flash.
Are there any discounts for people with disabilities?
According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, disability levels are classified as 40–59 percent (Level 3), 60–79 percent (Level 2), and 80 percent and above (Level 1). The “Disability Discount” applies to individuals with disabilities whose disability level is indicated on their ID card, as well as to one (1) accompanying person. Guests who cannot move on their own or without assistance, who have lost an arm or a leg, who are visually impaired or have a severe intellectual disability, or who are wheelchair-dependent (Grade 1 disabled) are accommodated free of charge 365 days a year.

Yes. Located inside the Trabzon Aquarium, right at the exit of the aquarium section, our Gift Shop offers hundreds of items inspired by the underwater world, giving you the chance to turn your aquarium adventure into unforgettable memories.
Can we pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit card at all our registers.
